Die casting

Die casting is a precision molding technique that injects molten metal in a steel mold in accurate dimensions, which is manufactured mechanically and acquires castings whose shapes are same as the mold. It can cast parts with various physical and mechanical characteristics in many and complicate shapes from relatively small and thin form to large, thick, and complex shapes.

In particular, die casting takes an important part in automobile industry and a variety of metallic materials are cast such as magnesium and zinc including aluminum alloy, which is most widely used.
Nowadays, die casting are more demanded in almost all of industries so is a perfect quality of them. A perfect casting means to guarantee complete air tightness in precise dimension as well as finely finished surface.
